At the same time, meeting these giants is one of the highest expectations for passengers. In this beautiful place with an enchanted landscape, we will take a walk through approximately 300 wooden stairs. During the walk, we will be able to observe lava cacti and learn about the geology and volcanology of this area. Once we reach the top, we can enjoy the beautiful view of Pinnacle Rock and the two beautiful crescent-shaped beaches with golden sand mixed with the volcanic landscape. Then, we will make a decent to have another adventure in the bay. We will swim and snorkel with penguins, sea turtles, white tip reef sharks, and other tropical fish. Breakfast. Transfer to the Puerto Ayora dock to take the speedboat to Isabela Island. This navigation will take us about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Once we arrive at this beautiful and peaceful island “Isabela”, we will go to the hotel to check-in. Isabela, is a small port town, with sandy streets, some local restaurants, small hotels, and nice people. Our first visit will be to LOS TUNELES, also known as “Cabo Rosa”. It is the most spectacular place to snorkel on Isabela Island due to its crystal clear and shallow waters, a true marine sanctuary. The adventure begins in Puerto Villamil, where you will take a boat ride for approximately 45 minutes to make a first stop in the open sea, around Roca Unión. This site is home to blue-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, brown pelicans, penguins, zayapas, and iguanas that can be seen up close to the boat. Then we will make a second stop to walk on these beautiful lava formations to catch with our eyes the sea lions resting on the rocks or playing through the lava tunnels. We can also see cacti that have been adapted to this type of lava formation. Our last and wonderful stop will be to snorkel in open water. We will enter a wonderful underwater world where we can swim with white tip sharks, manta rays, penguins, sea lions, sea turtles, seahorses, lobsters, sea snakes, among many other tropical species. Return to Puerto Villamil. Lunch. Accommodation. (Isabela).

After breakfast, our guide will pick us up at the hotel to take us on our first adventure of this day “VOLCÁN SIERRA NEGRA “. Sierra Negra is one of the most beautiful and impressive volcanoes in the Galapagos Islands. This volcano has the largest caldera of all the Galapagos volcanoes and is also considered the second largest caldera in the world. It measures 10 km from north to south and 9 km from east to west. It is one of the most active volcanoes in the Galapagos with the most recent historical eruption on June 26, 2018. Visits to Sierra Negra require a 40-minute drive from Puerto Villamil followed by another 45-minute walk. The morphology of Sierra Negra is like a bowl. This is a very special place for geology lovers. Return to Puerto Villamil for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit CONCHA PERLA. This place is a natural pool with calm and clear seawater, ideal for swimming and snorkeling with tropical fish, marine iguanas, sea lions, sea turtles, and penguins. You can reach this place with a short walk along a wooden path surrounded by wonderful mangroves. Return to Puerto Villamil. Accommodation. (Isabela).
